Privacy Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

This policy explains what SentryPost collects through this website and how we use it. If you have questions, email sales@getsentrypost.com.

What we collect

  • What you enter in the quote form: name, company, work email, phone, model, quantity, ship-to location and notes.
  • How you found us: advertising campaign tags in the page link (such as utm_source or fbclid), the page you submitted from and the referring site.
  • Anything you send us by email or phone.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request, prepare a written quote and follow up about your order.
  • To understand which ads and pages bring in requests, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a newsletter without asking.

Who we share it with

  • Our service providers, such as Google Firebase (website hosting and form storage) and our email provider.
  • The manufacturer and freight carrier, only as needed to build, price and deliver an order you request.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising pixels

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. We may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools, which use cookies or similar technology, to measure whether our ads lead to visits and quote requests and to show our ads to people who visited this site. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser. The site also stores campaign tags in your browser for the current session so we can tell which ad you came from.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as long as needed to respond, do business with you and keep normal business records.

Your choices

Email sales@getsentrypost.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date.
